IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THIS SITE OR ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE, OR WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE KCSIGNATURES.COM SITE. APPLICABLE LAW MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SET FORTH ABOVE, SO THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. TERMINATION

This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or KC Signatures. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. KC Signatures also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in KC Signatures' sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement by either you or KC Signatures, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise. You represent you are over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to access the kcsignatures.com Site and enter into a contract.
